Damages
Leo Car Mats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@shivpol.com Subject: Damaged Shipment directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted. Buyer will pay returns shipping fees. I
f there is an incorrect product shipped that was out mistake, we will replace that at no additional cost for you.
If you have changed your mind on a product you bought from our website. We will offer a full refund once we receive the item back in it’s original packing. Item should be unused. We are unable to take back open and used items.
